Operation: Close_Job_Requisition

This operation will close a job requisition. The requisition must not have any pending events or be filled.

The job requisition cannot be edited as there are existing pending action events for the job requisition.   
Position Restriction IDs [positionRestrictions] selected for closure on job requisition [jobRequisition] are not associated with the job requisition and cannot be closed.   
Position Restriction IDs [positionRestrictions] selected for closure on job requisition [jobRequisition] are not valid for closure.   
Close Unfilled Positions must be set to 1 on Job Requisition [jobRequisition] if Position Restriction IDs are selected.   
There are no unfilled positions to close on job requisition [jobRequisition]. Close Unfilled Positions must be set to zero.   
Close Unfilled Positions must be set to zero on job requisition [jobRequisition] as it is within a Job Management staffing model.   
This Job Requisition cannot be closed as it has a future-fill event associated with it.

Business_Process_Parameters

Container for the processing options for a business process. If no options are submitted (or the options are submitted as 'false') then the business process is simply initiated as if it where submitted on-line with approvals, reviews, notifications and to-do's in place. Auto_Complete  boolean  [0..1]  When set to "true" or "1", the business process is automatically processed. This means that all approvals will be automatically approved in the system, all reviews and to-do's will be automatically by-passed, and all notifications will be automatically suppressed.   
Run_Now  boolean  [0..1]  Indicates the transaction should process to completion before the response is generated. Note: All < v12 operations will process with Run_Now = True for backwards compatibility but please review this setting in your environment for performance conditions.   
Comment_Data  Business_Process_Comment_Data  [0..1]  Captures a comment for the Business Process.   
Business_Process_Attachment_Data  Business_Process_Attachment_Data  [0..*]  Element for the attachments pertaining to a Event entered through a web service. 
Validation Description

Close_Unfilled_Positions  boolean  [0..1]  If Close Unfilled Positions is set to 1 then unfilled positions related to the Job Requisition will be closed.   
Position_Restriction_Reference  Position_RestrictionsObject  [0..*]  If Position Restrictions are mentioned, then those would be considered for Close. If nothing is set, then all the Position Restrictions related to the Job Requisition would be considered for Close   
Unpost_Job_Sub_Business_Process  Unpost_Job_Sub_Business_Process  [0..1]  Run the Update Job Posting sub business process to unpost the job postings associated with this Job Requisition. To use, Unpost Job must be enabled on the Workflow Definition for Close Job Requisition.

You cannot initiate Unpost Job because there are other pending actions for a job posting that conflict with this one. Close the pending actions listed below before initiating the new action.
