Web service enables Business Assets be transferred from one Company to another.

Validation Description
Assets may not be transfered when it is of "Disposed" status.

Transfer date cannot be prior to last issue date, last transfer date or acquisition date, and cannot be after today   
The Asset has a pending event that need be completed before transfer.   
The Transfer to Company must be an Intercompany Affiliate of the Originating Company of the asset.   
Originating and transfer to companies must have matching default currencies.   
Originating company and transfer to company cannot be the same.   
Assets may not be transferred when it is of "Pending Registration" status.   
The fiscal Period for the transaction date must exist in the fiscal schedule of every company asset book where this is a depreciable asset in order to do this transaction   
You cannot transfer an asset to a different company when asset status is Out of Service and the asset is getting transferred with cost as original. Asset depreciation has to be resumed before the asset can be transferred.   
Assets may not be transferred when it is of 'Removed' status   
Transfer to Different Company is not allowed for Component Asset or Discrete Composite Asset.   
You can't transfer this asset because the Company Asset Book Restrictions that are configured; the asset books no longer match the transfer to company. The fiscal schedule for each company asset book in the transfer from company must match the fiscal schedule for the same asset book in the transfer to company.
