Operation: Reinstate_Asset

This allows you to reinstate an Asset to put it back into service after it has been disposed.

Validation Description
The Asset has a pending event that need be completed before reinstatement.   
This asset cannot be reinstated because it does not exist in all company asset books. This can occur when a company asset book has been added after the asset was disposed.
